Alimamy Brun Kanu - 2046

Born on 10^th October 1980 in Masiaka , Koya Chiefdom North/West of Sierra Leone. He is an Accountant with Masters in Business Administration; Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and Diploma in Business Administration.

 Honourable Alimamy Brun Kanu nursed a passion for politics that is why he decided to stand as a candidate and compete for the Member of Parliament role in constituency 072 Portloko District
Northern Region of Sierra Leone under the All People’s Congress Party. Challenges faced by him were many but was able to manage it and succeeded in winning the Parliamentary election in March 2018.     
As an advocate and having his people at heart, he is involving in the legislative and oversight process in Parliament to ensure that national interest is the concern for all Parliamentarians and to work together to change the perception of Sierra Leoneans so that they will be assured of positive change in their lives.

Being someone who is passionate about happenings in his surrounding, the appointment committee thought it fit to appoint him as a Member of the internal affairs committee, energy committee and water resources committee in the house of Parliament.
