Date Incident Occurred
It was reported that after the APC had concluded their campaign rallies in the Southern city of Bo on this date, some supporters alleged that while on their way going home someone threw stones/rocks at them along the Sewa road closed to the Total fuel station. Unaware of who did it they moved towards the fuel station and started using abusive languages at the people around the station as a means of retaliation to attack on their being. This continued with back and forth abuses for a while and later a woman and a young man were injured by supporters of the APC in addition to other damages suffered by the victims' business. t According to them, a group led by a person called YEATAEYEATAE unleashed his thug accomplices to cause damage to their business premise. That spurred some members of the main opposition Sierra Leone People's Party who also wanted to go on the rampage in what they deemed self-defense of their community and property but fortunately were engaged by the Total fuel station manager until security personnel arrived at the scene and to calm down the situation.
